Matt is the best person I know… and his cooking is the most exquisite I’ve ever had. Whether he’s drizzling olive oil on toast, throwing beans and veggies into a pot of crushed tomatoes to simmer for a stew, or finishing a steak in our old farmhouse oven, by the time your eyes catch up with the movement of his hands, you’re biting into something delectable. Much like the conductor of an orchestra, he unifies flavor, and times everything perfectly. And I’m so lucky to get to stand next to him, learning all the time.
